Honoring Veterans

Several events are being held on campus to recognize veterans and military personnel this week:

1) Cornell’s annual Veteran’s Day Ceremony to recognize the contributions of United States military veterans and active duty military personnel will be held Nov. 11, 3-4:30 p.m. in Barton Hall, main gymnasium.

Warrior-Scholars wrap up a week at Cornell

In late July 2015, Cornell hosted the Warrior-Scholar Project on campus.  The intense “academic bootcamp” that prepares veterans and enlisted servicemen and women for the transition to college life is featured in this Cornell Chronicle story.  Special thanks to Jared Woodrey MBA’15, a former Marine officer who served as assistant director of the program at Cornell.
